Apple Rosemary Whisky Sour
A great way to welcome in the fall. Serves 8.
Ingredients
Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup honey
- 6 sprigs rosemary
Cocktail
- 1 liter unfiltered, unsweetened apple juice
- 2/3 cup Barnburner whiskey
- 4 cups ice
- lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Add honey and water to a sauce-pot over a low heat, stirring until the honey dissolves.
- Remove from heat, add rosemary sprigs and set aside to cool completely .
Make the Cocktail
- In a large pitcher, combine the rosemary simple syrup, apple juice, and whiskey. Stir to combine.
- Fill the glasses with ice and pour over the cocktail. Serve with a lemon slice.
