Barnburner Whisky is blended from the finest corn and rye grain whiskies, aged three years, then aged again in oak bourbon barrels. The result is a smooth, refined whisky that’s a little bit bourbon, a lot Canadian whisky and completely its own thing.

One of my favourite summer beverages. Not too sweet.
Bought this as a sipper, it is a very strong drink due to the alcohol content, sip it on ice. The first sip you get hit with the spicy burn, but as it settles down with the melting ice, the spice lessens, you get the pepper and the finish is long with heat. Nice drink
Bought this for making mixed drinks, but almost too good for that purpose. Love the sweetness straight up, and definitely compliments a Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
