Regular shipping is Monday to Thursday; orders placed by noon are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Friday orders are delivered post-weekend. Holidays generally add one additional day. All deliveries require a 19+ signature. Consider delivering to your office if you're not home during the day. Please note that shipping to remote areas in Ontario may take longer and may incur additional costs.

While we do our best to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, or other factors outside of our control.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Please send us a picture, and we will remedy!
We will either refund or replace the damaged product.
