It has a big bold fresh juniper taste resulting from the ‘cold-pressing’ of wild local juniper and the finest botanicals available of which many are hand-forged from the local Niagara Escarpment. GINSLINGER has an unparalleled fresh taste and delivers a perfectly balanced gin and tonic.

I have been drinking gin as my fav for 40 years. I was quite surprised when I picked this up!!! wow! Straight up in a martini. My new fav!

Smooth Gin ?

My first time trying Ginslinger Gin , I was immediately taken aback by how smooth it was . Not a word I've used in the past to describe Gin. I tried it in a Martini made with sweet vermouth and had many more since ! Ginslinger has now become a must-have in my liquor cabinet alongside Barnburner rye.

Great gin, bad sulphites!!!

I bought a bottle for a good friend of mine that loves gin. She said this gin was very very good but she has a reaction to sulphites and unfortunately this gin caused her to have a quick bad reaction to the sulphites in it
