I drink a LOT of barnburner and always on Ice. I saw the Union and thought I would give it a try. It has a nice slightly sweet taste to it, but not as smooth as their regular product.

The union is a great whiskey. With freshly pressed apple cider, and a dash of pure Canadian maple syrup over ice!! Dangerously delicious
