Lead a high-performing sales team, manage key accounts, and leverage AI-enabled tools for forecasting, CRM, and data-driven decisions in this hands-on leadership role.
Director of Sales - Beverage Alcohol
This role involves leading national sales strategy and execution across key Canadian channels like LCBO, grocery, C-store, on-premise, and wholesale. The role focuses on developing channel plans, coaching internal teams and agency partners, owning buyer relationships for listings and promotions, implementing CRM/AI tools for forecasting and data-driven decisions, and collaborating cross-functionally with leadership. Ideal candidates have 8–12+ years in beverage alcohol sales leadership, proven results in Canadian markets, and a direct, execution-oriented mindset.
Inventory & Purchasing Manager - Beverage Alcohol
Own end-to-end inventory planning, purchasing execution, and control for Maverick Distillery—forecasting materials based on sales/production, managing suppliers/POs, optimizing turns/DIO/working capital, ensuring ERP data integrity, and partnering cross-functionally to eliminate shortages/excess while enabling profitable growth. Ideal for 5–10 years experienced operators in manufacturing/CPG/beverage alcohol with strong ERP skills and a commercial mindset.
Sales Professional - Beverage Alcohol
Drive Maverick Distillery's award-winning spirits like TAG No.5 Vodka, Barnburner Whisky, and Ginslinger Gin across Ontario's off-premise (LCBO, grocery, convenience) and on-premise (bars, restaurants) channels. Build relationships with buyers/managers, secure menu placements/displays/tastings, prospect new business, track results via CRM, and share market insights. Requires 2+ years beverage alcohol sales experience, Ontario retail knowledge, hunter mentality, Smart Serve, driver's license, and ability to lift 40 lbs—open to reps in all market areas.
Canning Line Machine Operator - 4 Day Work Weeks
Operate Maverick Distillery's advanced CFT counter-pressure rotary can line in Oakville, ON—setup, run daily operations, perform cleaning/sanitization, quality inspections, material loading, change-overs, preventative maintenance, jam resolution, and documentation. Ensure top-quality canned products, such as vodka/gin coolers, and collaborate with the production/QA teams. Requires 2+ years packaging/automated machinery/preventative maintenance experience, mechanical troubleshooting skills, lift 50lbs, stand long periods, flexible schedule; $24-30/hr, 4-day weeks, 3 weeks vacation, full benefits.
