Ingredients

2 oz BARNBURNER Rye Whisky
1 sugar cube (or ¼ oz simple syrup)
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel, for garnish

Instructions

Place the sugar cube in a rocks glass and saturate with the bitters. Add a splash of water and crush until dissolved. Add the BARNBURNER Rye Whisky and a large ice cube, then stir for about 20 seconds to chill and slightly dilute. Express the orange peel over the glass to release the oils, then drop it in and serve.
