Ingredients

2 oz BARNBURNER Whisky
4-5 oz chilled sparkling water or club soda
Ice (ideally large, clear cubes)
Lemon twist (optional garnish)

How to Make It

Fill a tall highball glass with ice — the more the better, as it keeps the drink perfectly cold. Pour BARNBURNER Whisky over the ice. Slowly pour chilled sparkling water down the side of the glass to preserve the fizz. Give it one very gentle stir. Garnish with a lemon twist if desired and serve immediately.
