This punch doesn't need two rums to work, just the right one for you. Cargo Harbor Punch works equally well with the clean citrus snap of Cargo White Rum or the caramel depth of Cargo Gold Rum, loaded up with pineapple, orange, and lime. Pick your rum, build your punch: it's the cocktail equivalent of pulling into port after a long day.

Ingredients

2 oz Cargo White Rum or Cargo Gold Rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz fresh orange juice
½ oz fresh lime juice
Crushed ice
Pineapple wedge, lime wheel, orange wheel & mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions

Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice. Add your choice of Cargo White Rum or Cargo Gold Rum, along with the pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice. Stir well until the glass frosts up, then top with a little more crushed ice if needed. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, lime wheel, orange wheel, and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
