Ingredients

2 oz Lunático Tequila
1 oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz triple sec (or Cointreau)
½ oz simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Ice
Lime wheel & salt rim (garnish)

Instructions

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass and dip into coarse salt. Fill the glass with ice and set aside. Add Lunático Tequila, lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup (if using) to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake hard until well chilled. Strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.
