Ingredients

2 oz TAG No.5 Vodka
1 oz passion fruit purée or juice
½ oz vanilla syrup
½ oz fresh lime juice
Ice
1 passion fruit half (garnish)
2 oz prosecco (to serve on the side)

How to Make It

Add TAG Vodka, passion fruit purée, vanilla syrup, and lime juice to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a halved passion fruit. Serve with a small shot glass of prosecco on the side — sip it between sips of the martini.
