Ingredients

2 oz Barnburner Union Whisky
1/4 oz simple syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel (garnish)

How to Make It

Add whisky, syrup, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and silky smooth. Strain over a large rock into a rocks glass and garnish with an expressed orange peel.
