Barnburner Handmade Ontario Whisky is made from a blend of corn and rye whiskies, double aged in bourbon barrels at the Maverick Distillery in Oakville, Ontario. Enjoy a soft and balanced whisky with notes of vanilla, caramel, rye, sweet bourbon, apple and pear, and a hint of woodsmoke. It's great on the rocks, or in any of your favourite whisky cocktails.

My uncle loves it so much that he even kept the empty bottle so that he wont forget the name of it . I bought another few bottles of barnburner and vodka for him to take it home for vacation in Philippines to be shared with my father.

So this particular gem has nice depth, I sip it neat. It is remarkably smooth for 83 proof! Goes especially well with a good Western film 🤠
