Ingredients

2 oz Barnburner Whisky
2 fresh peach slices (ripe, in-season if possible)
4 fresh mint leaves
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
Ice
Peach slice and mint sprig for garnish

How to Make It

Drop the peach slices and mint leaves into your shaker. Muddle until the peach is fully broken down and the mint is fragrant — about 8–10 firm presses. Add Barnburner Whisky, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Double-strain over a rocks glass loaded with fresh ice.
