MASH BILL and TASTING NOTES: 75% Corn - 13% Rye - 12% Malted Barley

Nose:
Dark caramel, toffee, and vanilla bean lead into charred oak, with hints of maple praline, orange peel, roasted pecan, and subtle leather and tobacco.

Palate:
Rich and velvety, opening with butterscotch, crème brûlée, and maple syrup, balanced by baking spice, clove, toasted oak, dried fruit, and a touch of sweet tobacco. Exceptionally smooth for its cask strength.

Finish:
Long and warming, with lingering notes of seasoned oak, vanilla, dark chocolate, gentle spice, and soft caramel sweetness.
