I ordered the 5 year prohibition bottle last week and I must say it does not disappoint. It’s definitely on the lighter side, and the aftertaste is not strong like in other American bourbon brands. Despite this, it’s great to have an actual bourbon that was distilled and aged in Kentucky barrels available in Ontario. This will be my new go to for as long as Doug Ford keeps American products off the shelves. Well done guys at Maverick! Next, I’ll be ordering the cask strength to see how that goes.
